Configure the BSDI server

Copy the configuration. In RustDesk, click ⋮ next to your ID → Network → ID/Relay Server → the left icon in the top-right corner (import from clipboard) → OK.

This configuration connects your client to the BSDI support infrastructure.

Approve the connection

Return to the RustDesk home screen and provide the BSDI support team with the displayed ID and one-time password.

You decide when access is possible.

No support connection can be established without your ID and current password. You can end the session in RustDesk at any time.

Setup step by step

The short video shows the complete import of the BSDI configuration.

  1. Download and launch RustDesk.
  2. Open the menu next to your ID and select “Network”.
  3. Open “ID/Relay Server” and import the copied configuration.
  4. Confirm with “OK” and return to the home screen.
  5. Provide your ID and one-time password during the support appointment.
